Biolley Aime 2000 pistes: The Biolley / Aime 2000 sector packs in some of La Plagne’s most varied skiing — everything from gentle beginner slopes to steep blacks and proper off-piste lines ‘over the back’. Around the main Aime 2000 station you’ll find an excellent beginner zone (in particular, the Golf piste) with huge views across the Isère valley towards Mont Blanc, while other areas are served by the fast Bécoin and La Roche chairs, making it easy to lap the steeper terrain. There’s also the long Edmond Blanchoz blue, which drops right down to La Roche — home to the Olympic bobsleigh track.
With everything from confidence-builders to full-on black runs, Biolley is always a key part of our wider La Plagne piste guide and a must-ride sector for most visitors.

Quick tip: This is one of the most varied sectors in La Plagne, so it really pays to get comfortable, confidence-building gear from the start. Whether you are lapping the Golf area, cruising Edmond Blanchoz or stepping up onto the steeper terrain above Aime 2000, decent hire kit will make the whole sector feel better.
Booking online before you arrive usually means better prices, better choice and much less faff on day one.

Quick tip: Biolley is one of those sectors where people do a bit of everything — beginner laps, steeper pistes, long cruisers and fast lift-served runs. That is great for a full day out, but it also means proper insurance is worth sorting before you travel.
Good cover can help with mountain rescue, medical costs and the wider disruption if a fall or collision cuts your trip short.
