Plagne Bellecote expert pistes. Black (expert) runs aren’t exactly in abundance in La Plagne and the Bellecôte sector is the same. The only black piste here drops off Roche de Mio in the form of the black Mio run. The Mio features a sustained steep incline at the top before mellowing considerably as it joins the same gradient as the Levasset blue piste which it later joins on the runout.
Expert skiers and snowboarders will get far more value from the extensive off-piste in La Plagne rather than looking for pisted options, particularly as the black runs in La Plagne are classed ‘Natur’, meaning they remain unpisted through the entire season.
