Biolley lifts: The Biolley / Aime 2000 sector of La Plagne has some of the resort’s fastest and most efficient lifts meaning queues are kept to a minimum in all but the busiest of holiday periods. Also, this part of La Plagne tends to attract far fewer skiers and snowboarders than more popular areas like Grande Rochette and Plagne Bellecôte / Roche de Mio so, in most cases, the lifts handle the traffic well. Lifts here rise from Plagne 1800 and La Roche up to Aime 2000 as well as over to the Montalbert sector.
The Becoin chair is a high-speed, detachable, 6 person chair out of Plagne Centre which provides access to the highest point in the Aime 2000 Biolley area
The Crêtes poma above Aime 2000 is marked as difficult - and justifiably so, given its sharp initial gradient, take off 'kick' and dog-leg midway up.
Dromadaire is a short, dog-leg poma located below Aime 2000 and is normally quiet as most skiers and snowboarders prefer to take the Golf chair in this area
Envers is a link tow from the Montalbert sector up to Aime 2000 giving skiers and snowboarders access to pistes in the Biolley Aime 2000 sector of La Plagne
Golf serves the Golf blue piste of the same name - one of the best beginner / early intermediate areas in La Plagne - as well as Sapin blue to the left
The 1800 chair is one of two lifts out of Plagne 1800 (the other is Mélèzes which connects up to the Boulevard chair and Bergerie chair below Plagne Centre).
Praconduit is a short, fixed poma rising just outside Plagne 1800. The lift is mainly used by complete beginners to ride the very short Praconduit green piste
Roche is a very long, very fast chairlift (one of La Plagne's fastest chairlifts) that links the lower village of La Roche (located just below the Olympic bobsleigh track) with Aime 2000
the Stade lift out of Aime 2000 accesses a very short blue piste which is really more part of the Pavane blue run and flows behind the main Aime building
The Téléski Aime 2000 lift is left of the main Aime 2000 building serving a very secluded beginner area with great views as far as Mont Blanc
The Biolley lift Télémetro cable is unique in La Plagne, yet it serves pretty much as a pedestrian lift linking Plagne Centre with Plagne Aime 2000
