Dromadaire is a short, dog-leg poma located just below Aime 2000. The lift is normally very quiet, with most skiers and snowboarders preferring to take the Golf chair or do the longer runs below in the Aime / Biolley sector and take the Roche or Envers chair back up. There are often slalom or giant slalom courses set up on the piste to the left if you want to try your hand at gate training.

Affiliations: La Plagne 360 works with industry-leading suppliers to bring you the best services. If you click on these links, in many cases we will receive a tiny commission at no cost to you. AND, most of the time, you'll receive a deal. Win/Win! We only feature products we have used and believe in.

The lift accesses the Golf blue or Sapin blue from the top or, with a short walk, the Palsembleu black. If queues on the popular Golf chair are long, Dromadaire can be an option for riding the beginner Golf area but minimising your waiting time.

Pros
  • Fast
  • Queues non-existent
  • A good alternative to the slow Golf chair
Cons
  • It’s a poma
  • There’s a dog-leg left midway up that might throw some
