The Biolley lift Téléski Aime 2000 lift is located just to the left of the main Aime 2000 building, running diagonally left up the hill and serving a very secluded beginner area with great views over the whole resort and out as far as Mont Blanc.

The slow poma is perfect for beginner skiers and snowboarders while the gradient remains smooth and consistent all the way up. This lift also has the advantage of staying very quiet so the uptrack normally doesn’t suffer ruts and queues are rare. If you’re staying in Aime 2000 and are learning, this lift serves one of La Plagne’s best beginner areas.

Pros
  • Great views
  • Rarely busy
  • Flat, easy uptrack
  • Very convenient if you’re staying in 2000
Cons
  • None. For beginners, this lift – and the run it serves – are just about perfect
