The red Biolley piste Java run drops more or less alongside the Becoin chair back down towards Plagne Centre (riders use the Becoin lift to access all runs on this side of the mountain). This trail is a perfect run for laying out long, fast carves – even if the terrain is mostly uninspiring.

As a plus point, the views from the top over La Plagne, Les Arcs and Isère valley over to Mont Blanc are some of the best in the whole area. At the bottom, take Becoin back up or head straight on to take any of the other usual uplift options out of Plagne Centre.

Pros
  • Great views
  • Good for long, carving turns
  • Becoin back up is a very quick lift
Cons
  • Lack of interesting terrain
  • Very much a case of straight up-and-down run
