The Biolley piste Praconduit beginner piste is a very short, very shallow gradient green run located right next to Plagne 1800. It’s a great area for complete beginners to hone their skills before venturing further up the mountain.

The run is served by a fixed-pole, very slow drag lift – ideal for total novices to find their feet. If you’re feeling lazy, this lift can also be used to access the bottom of the Mélèzes chair which links riders up and out of 1800 and into the main area by taking either the Bergerie chair or Boulevard chair at the top.

Pros
  • Great beginner run
  • Very close to 1800
  • Good, slow lift back up
Cons
  • Make no mistake, this is an absolute beginners’ area
