Biolley piste Reservoir is a very short blue run branching off the Pavane piste above Plagne Centre and Aime 2000. In truth, it’s more of a pathway cut across the mountain and serves as an easier route for riders not confident enough to tackle the short, steep Pavane pitch down to Aime 2000.

Access is via the Becoin chair out of Plagne Centre followed by the top section of the Pavane piste. When the run turns to the left (and starts to get steeper), stay right and look for the pathway that flows off the main run. Réservoir has a short section heading back in the direction of Plagne Centre before it doubles back on itself, in the direction of Aime 2000. It rejoins Pavane just above the Stade drag lift at the back of Aime 2000 – or there is the option to go straight on in the same direction towards the Golf piste and runs in the Montalbert sector plus the pistes that access La Roche.

Pros
  • Great views
  • Sidehits and drop-offs
  • Easy option to avoid steep section of Pavane
Cons
  • Very short
  • Flat at the end – keep your speed as you near Aime to reach Golf run
