The Biolley piste Sapin is a very short blue run around the back of the Dromadaire drag lift and serves as an alternative route to join either the long Edmond Blanchoz (formerly Cornegidouille) blue or Emile Allais red – both of which run all the way down to La Roche. The piste is fairly unremarkable – though it does offer fantastic views over to Mont Blanc.

La Plagne intermediate piste Sapin

Access is via the Golf, Roche or Envers chair though this run really is used much more for access than as an actual run in itself. Consequently, it is normally very quiet and can be a good alternative to the Golf blue piste out of Aime 2000.

Pros
  • Always quiet
  • Great scenery
  • Feels quite remote
  • Good alternative to Golf piste
Cons
  • Quite flat in places
  • More of a link run than anything else
