Champagny-lift-Aiglon-1200x675.jpg

Aiglon is a very short drag lift (fixed pole Poma) located next to the Borseliers III, a longer drag lift to the left. The lift serves the very short beginner piste, Bergerie, to the right. Due to its very slow speed this is a lift best suited to absolute novice riders, starting out skiing or snowboarding (this is one of the best beginner areas in La Plagne) and has the added bonus of serving an equally shallow beginner area, located handily near the top station of the Champagny gondola.

Pros
  • Impressive scenery
  • Serves a good beginner area at high altitude
Cons
  • Slow
  • Short (both can be a good thing for beginners)
