The Inversens bar and restaurant sits just below the Roche de Mio restaurant near the top of second-highest peak in La Plagne and, like the aforementioned, shares views over the Bellecôte glacier, Mont Blanc, Les Arcs and the Champagny sector with Trois Vallées far in the distance – even though it could easily be argued the views here are even better. Also, don’t forget there’s a terrace both sides here with completely different views (shown below, front and back).

While it might not be the cheapest place to stop in La Plagne (and it’s often overlooked as skiers and snowboarders ride by oblivious to the fact it’s there) this is still one of the best on-hill restaurants with some of the best mountain views and options to head back to Champagny-en-Vanoise, Belle Plagne, Plagne Bellecôte or down towards the Montchavin sector.
