La Plagne glacier fixed chairlifts télésiege TSF: Many moons ago, La Plagne used to be one of very few global resorts that offered summer riding – however, those days are now long past and La Plagne’s operating company recently took the decision to reimagine the high Alpine area of the resort.

While these changes have reduced the total runs on the glacier, they also give easier access to some of La Plagne’s best off-piste riding. There is now only one chair serving this area – a change mostly made to try and mitigate the environmental impact of riding an area that is now devoid of glacial snowpack.
