Grande Rochette lifts: The Grande Rochette / Plagne Centre sector is home to some of La Plagne’s most popular pistes, backed up by a fast and efficient lift network. Most of the time the system copes well with demand, although the busy Bergerie chair can see queues at peak times as it’s a main route out towards Plagne Bellecôte / Roche de Mio and the higher terrain.
Because this is one of the liveliest hubs in the resort, it often pays to move out of Plagne Centre early on busy mornings to stay ahead of the traffic. Even then, the blue runs around Centre are some of the most popular in La Plagne and can stay busy, no matter time of day.
