Montchavin fixed chairlifts Télésiège (TSF): La Plagne’s lift company, SAP, have made a concerted effort in recent years to upgrade the majority of the old-style fixed chairlifts (télésiège fixe TSF) lifts across the area – but a stubborn number remain around the Montchavin area for some reason.

Thankfully these lifts are all largely avoidable by either taking alternative options (e.g. Plan Leschaux instead of Dos Rond or Crozats rather than Salla) or just avoiding the area altogether (i.e. in the case of the very slow Bauches chair that really only serves one mediocre blue piste, the Bauches blue).
