Biolley / Aime 2000 advanced runs: The Aime 2000 sector of La Plagne must be fairly unique in terms of ski resorts in that you ride down from the accommodation to catch the first lift of the day rather than, as with most ski areas, taking a lift up the hill.
This area also has a plethora of good red options to choose from – the most recommended being the André Martzolf and Emile Allais, two highly enjoyable red pistes through the trees down to the resort of La Roche near the Olympic bobsleigh and served by the speedy Roche chairlift back up to Aime 2000.
