Champagny pistes: Sitting on the quieter, south-facing side of La Plagne, the Champagny sector offers long, scenic descents with a more relaxed feel than the main bowl. It’s a favourite with confident intermediates and advanced riders thanks to quick uplift, big vertical and easily accessed off-piste terrain. Two standout runs drop right down to Champagny-en-Vanoise itself — the red Mont de la Guerre and the steeper Les Bois — giving this area a real sense of journey.
You’ll also find some of La Plagne’s best views here, stretching across to the Trois Vallées with Courchevel and Méribel visible in the distance.
