La Plagne Glacier advanced pistes: The majority of runs in the Bellecôte Glacier sector of La Plagne are graded black but that doesn’t mean intermediate riders can’t get a taste of high Alpine riding with red pistes on both sides of the terrain. Indeed, the long Combe red piste should really be graded blue in many sections – easily within the reach of even lower-level intermediate riders.
Also, although La Plagne’s glacier receded long ago, good snow is virtually guaranteed at this altitude through most of the season meaning you should be able to expect great conditions for skiing and snowboarding. Note – there are big changes planned for the glacier. Visit the iRide / LaPlagne360 YouTube channel for more info.
