While reds are limited in the Grande Rochette sector, the Carina red piste off Grande Rochette (served by the Funiplagne) accesses the red Kamikaze run in the Champagny sector. Indeed, the Carina is so steep in places that it would likely be rated as black in other resorts. Nonetheless, most skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the vast array of flowing, fast blue pistes in this area – regardless of ability.
