Myrtilles blue piste: The Myrtilles blue piste was built in summer 2017 as a link run between the Pierres Blanches blue and the Mont Blanc blue piste. The run is around 1.1km in length and traverses through the trees from a junction on Pierres Blanches before joining Mont Blanc at the top of the Lac Noir gondola and Plan Bois chair.
It’s also one of La Plagne’s best blue pistes.

La Plagne intermediate piste Myrtilles: As the Myrtilles run was literally cut into the mountain, freestyle riders will find endless opportunities for side hits on the left of the piste. Myrtilles is accessed by turning left near the top of the Pierres Blanches, just after it crosses under the chair of the same name.
It tends to be considerably quieter than either the Pierres Blanches or Mont Blanc top sections.
After fresh snow, there are multiple opportunities for dropping off this run into the trees which provides easy access to La Plagne off-piste. All routes are unpatrolled, but they’re fairly forgiving as you’ll cross onto another traverse run soon enough. Even so, you’d still be well advised to hire a La Plagne guide.
Top tip: Keep an eye out for riders joining from your left as you approach the Murs crossing point.

Myrtilles blue piste: A fast, playful tree-lined link run with sidehits everywhere and easy off-piste access after fresh snow, but you need to watch for other riders joining from your left near the Murs crossing point.
