Plagne Montalbert piste Mur des Adrets

New-Project-2021-08-17T191654.285-1200x675.jpg

The Plagne Montalbert piste Mur des Adrets is a very short red run that feeds off the bottom of the Adrets blue piste – the most common route for getting back to the main area from the Montalbert sector. This short pitch is accessed by taking a right just as the Adrets blue opens out after following a flat pathway through the trees.

Mur des Adrets is a fairly unremarkable short run down to the base of the Adrets chair and Envers chair. Coupled with the fact the Adrets chair is one of the slowest in the area, it’s unlikely you’ll find yourself lapping this run – but it does provide another way down out of Montalbert. At the bottom, you can either ride back up on Adrets, catch the Envers chair up to Aime or follow Edmond Blanchoz (formerly Cornegidouille) down to the base at La Roche – where you can take the long, fast Roche chair up to Aime 2000.

Pros
  • Link from Montalbert
  • Alternative to Adrets
  • More direct than Adrets
  • Usually quiet
Cons
  • More a link run
  • Access by slow Adrets chair
