The map above gives an idea of the scale of terrain on offer in La Plagne, from the lower valley resorts like Montchavin, Montalbert and Champagny right up to the high alpine of the Bellecôte glacier. This map also shows the dilemma you’ll face if you miss the last lift home. It is considerably easier to get around La Plagne on skis or snowboard than it is by car or bus – especially if you find yourself stuck in Champagny.
