This area gives access to some best tree-lined pistes in La Plagne with ample options off-piste routes and perfect for bad weather.

As Montalbert is rather secluded compared to the rest of La Plagne, it tends to stay much quieter than other areas, particularly during the busy holiday periods. However, even when it is busy, the high-capacity, fast gondola takes a little over five minutes to reach the top station, keeping queues to a minimum and maximising your time skiing or snowboarding.
