Les Arcs road conditions

In general, the roads to Les Arcs will be busiest during the holiday periods and when there’s bad weather.  Remember, although Bourg-Saint-Maurice is relatively low at 815m, snow is still common here during the winter. Plus this hub serves all the neighbouring Tarentaise resorts like Val d’Isère, Tignes, Saint-Foy and La Rosière – so delays are common in busier periods.

It’s also worth remembering that delays can (and do) frequently happen due to people forgetting to fit snow chains in bad weather. Click this link for the La Plagne valley bus times.
