Tyrolien piste: We’re not even sure this is actually a piste, but there’s a short run that comes off the Tyrolien lift near the top of Belle Plagne. It’s not marked on the piste map as such but we’re guessing it would probably be considered part of the Lognan piste — so the top might be graded red.
You’ll only use this ‘run’ for acess out of Belle Plagne Haut – or after you’ve taken the Tyrolien lift to get up to the higher reaches of the village.

La Plagne advanced piste Tyrolien: The Tyrolien poma is primarily used as an access lift to allow riders to reach the higher parts of Belle Plagne without walking. Other runs from this point snake their way through the various pathways around the village.
If you’re staying in Belle Plagne Haut, chances are this is the run you’ll take each morning to get down to Plagne Bellecôte — with or without using the drag lift first.

Quick tip: Terrain varies a lot across La Plagne, and the wrong setup can turn an easy day into hard work. Booking ski or snowboard hire in advance means the right kit is ready, sizes are available and rental prices are cheaper online — plus you can choose a shop close to where you’re staying.

Quick tip: Even straightforward pistes can change quickly with weather, visibility and traffic. Good cover means lift evacuation, medical help and rescue costs are handled if something goes wrong — which in the Alps can otherwise be expensive.
If you haven’t sorted cover yet, it’s worth doing before your trip.
